What is it
This summer, Koinonia OKC is excited to offer a unique, camp-style experience for students centered on serving our city. In partnership with Snow Hill Church, students will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of local non-profits across the Oklahoma City area, stepping into the work God is already doing in our community. Each week will offer a new serving opportunity, and students are welcome to attend all events or choose the ones that best fit their schedule. Our hope is that through these experiences, students will grow in their awareness of others, serve their neighbors with purpose, and build meaningful connections while having a great time together.
This is not an overnight event. Students will need to be dropped off at our church location (10600 N Council Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73162) approximately 30 minutes prior to the times listed on the schedule. Please see the schedule below for additional details. The event is free, but students are encouraged to bring a water bottle, work gloves if needed, and some spending money, as we will likely go to lunch before or after our various service opportunities.

What is the daily schedule?
Tuesday, June 9 : 1:00-3:00pm – Palomar
Wednesday, June 10 : 9:00am – 12:00pm – Regional Food Bank (optional lunch after bring $$)
Wednesday, June 10 : 1:30-3:00pm – Catholic Charities
Thursday, June 11 : 9:00am – 1pm – Restore OKC (lunch provided onsite)
Thursday, June 11 : 3:00-5:00pm – Positive Tomorrows
Thursday, June 11 : 6:00-8:00pm – Top Golf OKC (church will provide $$ for food & golf)
Friday, June 12 : 1:00-6:00pm – Pivot (dinner provided & served onsite)
Who is it for?
This youth event is open to all students ages 12–18.
How much does it cost?
The event is free for students. However, students are expected to bring the following items each day: water bottle, money for lunch, and work gloves (if needed).
