Our Team
At KoinoniaOKC we practice a shared pastoral leadership model. This means that not one pastor carries the burden alone but rather we share responsibilities and balanced gifting through APEST. In addition to this co-pastoral model it is important to note that our pastoral staff is bi-vocational. Meaning… they are employed outside of the church in the local community. They use their gifts & live into their pastoral calling. On any given Sunday our teaching can be lead by one of our pastoral leaders or a church member. As a church family, we are in this together and to our best to not prioritize one gifting of the Spirit over another.
