NEEDS

We don’t GO to church, are ARE the church. Church isn’t something that we DO, it is something that we seek to BE.
With that being said… we operate in a unique way at KoinoniaOKC.

For example, our “STAFF” or “LEADERSHIP” at Koinonia all serve the church bi-vocationally. This means they are not full time at the church for employment. They are mentally, spiritually, emotionally unable to “Own” all parts of the ministry as if it were some program for people to come attend and get served. This means we NEED individuals in our local community to step up and own parts of the church body.

*Koinonia Women’s Bible Study LEAD*
Goal: Own, organize, and challenge other women in our local church to grow deeper in their faith journey. Discipleship is the name of the game and this leader will help drive study, connection, and community. Is this you? Pray about it. Have conversations about it. Own it.

*Koinonia Kids/Older Youth LEAD*
Goal: Own, organize, and lead a Sunday AM teaching/conversation time during the adult teaching time. Place/create/organize quarterly youth gatherings outside of Sunday AM. Dream about other ideas. Is this you? Pray about it. Have conversations about it. Own it.

*Koinonia Tech & Music*
Goal: There are multiple spaces and needs here but here it is… play an instrument or sing? There is always a space here to own that. Connect with Brad. We also need someone who can help own some of the technology needs on a Sunday AM. Recording teachings/conversations, overseeing ZOOM, help with sound, etc. Pray about it and then let’s own it.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Over the course of the next few months… we will be slowly transitioning away from Social Media platforms… for a number of reasons we will address later. 
THIS will be the space for weekly updates, announcements, word on the street news, and other things.
